You can apply for residence housing at anytime.  You do not have to wait until you have received an offer of admission from Lakehead University.

THERE IS NO FEE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR RESIDENCE HOUSING

As Lakehead University has a guarantee of residence hall accommodation for students coming directly from high school, mature/transfer/international applicants interested in residence halls will be notified of availability mid-June.
