Staying Beyond Check Out
Residence Extensions
Students needing to stay in Residence 24 hours after their final exam or beyond the last day of the University Exam Schedule are asked to email a request to the Residence Administration Office.
Please ensure any emailed requests include the student's:
- full name
- student number
- residence address
- requested extension length
- reason for the extension
Notes About Approved Extensions
Approved extension requests do NOT include meals or meal plans. However, students may make arrangements with Aramark to purchase an optional meal plan extension.
Additionally, approved extensions will result in a $50.00 CHARGE PER NIGHT being applied to the student's account.
